Mental Health Week 2007
Mental Health Week was established in 2005 by Limerick Mental Health Association . In 2006 it extended to include Mental Health Associations throughout the Mid-West Region. The Mental Health Associations provide the key programme's and framework for the week but work in partnership with 2 nd and 3 rd level educational bodies, community, voluntary and statutory services to provide a health promotion week which is a festival for mental health. The events are primarily experiential and focus on skills that we can all learn to improve our mental health. Click Logo to go to www.mentalhealthweek.ie
